3 value studies :)

ok last week after my charts & color mixing testing I was just test remove the colors make it black and white and... 
i found the value is so weird and the pure light digital colors all same gray

so i felt very frustrated again with colors but i kept researching

and was thinking maybe its not the colors i need to practice maybe its my values the gray scale 

so here we go with gray scale

it is very hard than i expected

my process :-
i research simple black white nature

i kept 25% no zoom in to just focus on seeing the value  

start from background the overall value color
then going to middle groundish part and lastly the front and few details
just block in shapes and try to get not much about accuracy of the size or angle but just the value start from dark to light no little details just shapes

I kept the image on my screen about 2cm so i don't get in and over do details
but from now and then i forget and zoom in and start looking for details then i reminding myself it's just a study of value and zoom out

the sky is very hard for me to figure out the deferent value and shapes i try to make it simple 2d shapes to understand it but not sure yet how to break it into pieces will keep testing and practicing 

i am not fully satisfy with the end results the accuracy keep bug me and i need to give it more time 
also i think my value is little off  need to practice more so my eyes see the value right


 
stat of mind: little boring time consuming hmm that look right what that shape

not knowing and figure stuff on the fly is very challenging 
a lot of questions in my head than the actually doing of the studies
