I guess it's part 2 for this painting skin practice
I add little notes
I am super happy I played with the filter was testing to get different color palette then I got the red tone it was very happy moment lol
I know I over did it but super newbie playing here
then the hair I still not happy with this work flow for it only for soft hair not variation and randomness feel stiff to me but that how far i know so yeah good for the time been
BTW: thank you Bleke for your notes the brownish color really make shadow look right and I tried take the light source as you did sta.sh/01nm4l56qtd5

Much better! 
That much saturation makes me think of pin-up images. Which isn't a bad thing in and of itself, pin-ups are made to be pleasing to look at.
One thing you can play around with now is to paint in cool highlights in the shadow areas. sta.sh/0s94fa0vtiv
Not necessary, but could be a nice effect if she's outdoors or near a computer screen.
